The Notary Academy provides classes and instruction to all Notaries Public or those wishing to become Notaries Public in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This field is moving at a rapid pace and the issues that confront Notaries change, almost on a daily basis. By focusing on those affecting only Pennsylvania Notaries, our Commonwealth and its laws we can provide the most concise information available. Thus making our seminars the best educational programs available in the Commonwealth. The Notary Academy is not a notary organization. We have no dues or membership. Our goal is to help Notaries in Pennsylvania function better by providing the most up to date and comprehensive information through our educational programs. Our instructors are certified by The Notary Academy and each one has a successful business in their fields. They also act as mentors for you after the classes to maintain the learning experience. We will keep you updated on the newest issues and concerns. Our classes and seminars are constantly changing and updated to meet the demand for information. Course materials for our programs have been developed by our staff. Our mandatory course has been approved by the Commonwealth. If you are applying for your first commission or renewing, this class is for you. Our Signing agent course will equip you with the knowledge needed to be a signing agent in PA. This course teaches you how to make sure you have completed the mortgage signing without errors, and thus increase your income potential.
With the changing times, come safety issues. We teach a safety course for traveling notaries. Learn how to handle people, pets, equipment, vehicle and general safety issues. And many more, like tax issues and software along with hardware concerns.
We offer these classes differently than other organizations. Again, We are not a membership organization. Therefore you pay a substantially lower price and get much more information and education. We do not believe you should be subjected to sales pitches and membership drives while fulfilling your desire for education. Our seminars are held at various locations through out the state on a monthly basis. All of our classes can also be conducted in a group setting in your office or on an individual level. We are now offering a full day package for our two most requested seminars. The mandatory education program and our advanced notary course are now bundled in a one day seminar. This unique program provides the new and renewing Notary Public with a all the information needed to be a have a prosperous business. We explore what a Notary does on a day to day basis and what oppurtunities are available to you.
